Cincin



          One of the popular cake in central Kalimantan is cincin. The dictionary definition of cincin does not make sound as jewellery. The dictionary defines cincin as "cake  made in central Kalimantan". Anyone who has tasted this delicious cake know that this defintion is too brown sugar to deescribe cincin. It is true that cincin is cake. It often calls wadai cincin. The cincin's material is predominantly used rice flour , coconut and brown sugar . Dough making also takes a long time of about eight hours and after that the dough is shaped like rings and fried . This cake , including the type  wet's cake , have a hard texture of the outside but if you've bitten it gently so. It tastes sweet , slightly salty continue crisp so it is difficult anyway want to tell more how it feels. . It has a reddish brown color that symbolizes courage. The cincin's cake is so familiar in Kalimantan because it has good taste.

dough : mixture of flour, water, etc
courage : ability to face danger, pain etc, without showing fear
